Q: What is your gaurantee?
A:We take great pride in our craftsmanship. Satisfaction is our highest priority! If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping or shows a defect in craftsmanship we will repair your item at no cost or offer you a refund or store credit.
Please note - Gemstones are natural materials derived from the earth and may have markings, inclusions, unusual colors, or irregular shapes. These aspects are natural to the stones and are considered part of their beauty.
Q: What does one-of-a-kind availability mean?
A: Babble On Jewelry designs are "one-of-a-kind" and will never be reproduced exactly. We may at times create something similar, if asked, but due to the rarity of the stones and the hand blown glass used, we cannot and will not gaurantee exact replicas. If you see something you like, grab it quickly! Please check back often as new items will be added frequently.
Q: What is your pricing?
A: All prices are in U.S. dollars. Additional charges will be applied for re-sizing or other adjustments.
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: We ship using the United States Postal Service Priority shipping service. This service is fast, and reasonably priced. Our shipping is based on a FLAT fee of $5.00 for a box 8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8". This fee includes the cost of shipping, packaging & a delivery confirmation to US addresses. We generally ship orders within 48 hours of receipt (or clearance) of funds. We DO NOT ship overseas.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: RETURNS - 7-Day Policy If you receive an item that does not meet your satisfaction, of course you may return it, but you must do so within seven days of receipt; no credit or refund will be issued for items sent back after the first week.
Please follow these instructions when returning an item: 1. Notify us via email before sending the shipment, be sure to include your order number and phone number should we need to contact you. Any items received without notification will be refused delivery and returned to you. 2. When returning, pack the item in its original package sealed with strong tape. We will not be responsible for any returns in non-padded envelopes or breakage due to inadequate packaging. 3. Enclose a copy of the packing slip, and please add a note at the bottom describing the reason for the return. Also note whether you'd like a "Refund Check" or "Store Credit." Store Credit is valid for 6 months. 4. Ship the package Insured and with Delivery Confirmation. Please email delivery confirmation and/or tracking number so we can expect the package.
Q: What is your return - Refund or Store Credit - policy?
A: If items are returned, you will receive a check from us within seven days of receipt; shipping and handling charges will not be included as part of your refund. Sorry, we do not issue credit card refunds at this time!
Q: What is your repair policy?
A: If the item is broken, please return all parts of any broken jewelry. Upon inspection, if the fault is due to defective parts, your piece will be fixed free of charge and returned to you. If the breakage is due to customer 'neglect', you will be charged a $8 minimum labor fee plus parts for repair, and a $3.00 shipping (insurance and delivery confirmation) charge will be included. All returns for repair will be shipped back to you within seven days of receipt. An email invoice will be sent to you for all charges, payment must be made before the item is shipped back to you.
