April 2009 Babble On Jewelry Newsletter As always, if you would prefer to NOT receive this newsletter, please reply with REMOVE in the subject line and we will remove your name from our mailing list.
Here we are again. It’s been a good first quarter for us. We have had a lot of firsts this year.
1 - we had our first experience selling jewelry at the Tremonton
Autoliv facility. That was super great. Those folks were so fun to talk
with – Babble On.
2 - was selling at the Washington Heights Baptist Church Spring Craft
Fair. That’s a mouthful to say. Anyway, it was nice to get to know
those crafters. Business was a little slow, but hey, we’re ready to go
back for their Fall Bazaar.
3 - yes another one already, which makes three so far this year. We
sold our jewelry at the Christian Life Center in Layton, UT. We met
some very nice people there also.
4 - We got hooked up to sell at the Hill Air Force Base craft fair this fall. (This will be another first for us this year.)
5 - selling at the Washington Heights Baptist Church Fall Fair
6 - the Christian Life Center Fall Bazaar.
Oh, wow, I almost forgot. We will be selling at the Christian Life
Center Spring Bazaar again on May 9th. They felt so bad for the low
turn out that they are doing it once again. Hope we see YOU there.
Oh My Gosh! We are having so many firsts this year that I’m beginning to feel like a new born baby.
Our web site is also seeing an increase in customers. If you order off
of the web site (www.babbleonjewelry.biz) we do accept cash, check,
credit cards and PayPal. Credit card information is run through PayPal,
but YOU don’t have to have a PayPal account. This makes it so much
nicer for all involved. You don’t have to have a PayPal account and we
don’t have to worry about having access to your credit card
information. The middle man, in this case, makes it nice for everyone.
The chunky watches and the guardian angels have been a big hit, if you
don’t have one you should definitely get one or two or three. The
watches have interchangeable bands and are the biggest hit ever here in
Utah. Everywhere you go you see people with them on or selling them.
The guardian angels are a real favorite too. Not only have the
necklaces been flying off the shelf, but the key chains and the phone
fobs have been doing well. I have even had a request for a bookmark.
We are so thankful for all of you. We realize that the times are
getting a little tough, but you guys continue to support us. Thank you
so much.
Until next time…
Babble on!
